Full description coming soon...

[Unreviewed draft: Dave Zvenyach convenes this session on an open source document authentication project to meet requirements of the Uniform Electronic Legal Materials Act (UELMA).  UELMA enables state jurisdictions to treat the laws they provide as open data formats as the official legal record.  This means the jurisdiction can promulgate official and legally binding data comprising it's statutes and regulations, for example, using html, xml or json formats and REST accessible programming interfaces.

Joined by Michel Timmons and Terry Morrow, two national leaders on UELMA, participants will engage in an overview of this important uniform law, discussing issues and options for widescale adoption.]
