What is Effective Legal Language? (Time to be Determined)
This session will describe the fundamental methods employed by those who draft and interpret law.  This includes statutory, regulatory and policy rules in a public context as well as instruments like contracts, licences and investment vehicles.  It is intended to introduce the hack "Crowdsourcing Effective Legal Language."
